This paper concerns an analisys of certain aspects of the Peruvian social formation betwen 1900-1930. Here this main soncern rests with an indepth analisys of the agrarian structure, both in it's capitalist and non-capitalist dimensions and in their articulation within the economic system. For this purpose, the notions of mode of production and articulation and articulation will be utilized in order to obtain a more coherent conception of this socio-economic structure and its contradictions.
